How do I place a custom order?

You can choose from our ready-to-order collections online or build your own custom combination by selecting your preferred mould style, favourite colour, and fragrance or essential oil.

What happens after I place my order?

Every item is hand-poured fresh upon receiving your order. Once cured, we pack your items securely and dispatch them straight to your door.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly soy wax. Soy wax provides a cleaner, longer-lasting burn and releases fragrances smoothly without releasing harsh soot into your home.

How do I safely clean my wax melt burner?

Wait for the wax to cool and solidify slightly, or let it cool completely. Gently wipe it clean with a soft cloth or cotton pad so the scents and colours do not mix when you try your next fragrance.

What burner do I need for wax melts?

You can use either a standard ceramic tea light burner or an electric wax melt warmer. Simply place a wax melt piece into the top dish, light an unscented tea light underneath or switch the unit on, and enjoy.
